Foundations of Agency: A 6-Week Intensive Workshop for Anti-Mimetic Leadership is an experiential, multidisciplinary class that helps high performers understand and exercise all of the dimensions of agency and how it manifests in their teams and their personal lives, and gives them the tools to act with maximum freedom and purpose within these frameworks.
This 6-week intensive experience takes place entirely virtually, with meetings 3 times per week and approximately a 12-hour commitment per week (5.5 hours of synchronous learning and conversation, and 5-6 of challenges and real-world work offline.
This course integrates "Athens, Jerusalem, and Silicon Valley"—in other words, rigorous intellectual pursuit, religious wisdom and tradition, and innovation/technology, in a cohesive whole, to help participants understand all sides of the issue of agency and how to exercise more of it in their own leadership growth. Modern education is fragmented and siloed, caving to a "lowest common denominator" secularity or practical skills, but we believe in a multidisciplinary approach that probes the depths of what it means to be human.
